The XFRAME System
Master the Basics. Move Forward With the Fundamentals
The biggest difference between clients who see real, lasting results and those who feel stuck? They start with the fundamentals.
You don’t need flashy, complicated workouts to make progress. What your body really responds to is consistency with the basics—the kind of training that builds strength you can feel every day.
Almost every training plan you've been handed was a list. Someone wrote down exercises, sets, and reps, and the reasoning behind it lived in their head — if it existed at all. When you asked why, you got "trust me."
XFRAME works the other way. Every decision in your program comes out of a scoring system I built, and I can show you the reasoning behind any line on your sheet. That's the whole difference.
Part One — Every exercise is scored
I built a scoring engine that rates 179 exercises across 11 muscle categories. Each one is evaluated on what it actually produces — mechanical tension, range of motion, stability demand, injury risk, how well it loads over time — not on how it looks or how popular it is.
The result is a ranked list. When your program needs a horizontal press, it doesn't pull whatever I did last week. It pulls the highest-scoring option for your build, your history, and your equipment access.
This is also why the program can adapt without falling apart. If your shoulder won't tolerate one movement, the system already knows the next best option and what you give up by switching.
Part Two — The framework matches the person
Multiple frameworks. You get assigned one based on training age, weekly availability, and recovery capacity. Each framework is based on your personal profile and where you are starting from in your training experience.
Part Three — Progress is measured, not guessed
You can't program against a feeling. Three things get measured:
• Strength, tested with reps-in-reserve adjustment so we get a true working max without grinding you into the floor to find it.
• Function, through a six-test battery covering the movement patterns that predict whether you can use the strength you're building.
• Consistency, because the best-designed block in the world does nothing at 50% attendance, and I'd rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
Your program is mapped in twelve-week blocks with a checkpoint every four weeks. If the numbers stall at the checkpoint, the program changes then — not after you've spent another two months confirming it stopped working.
What this means for you
You'll always know what you're doing and why. You'll see your numbers. When something changes, you'll know what triggered the change.
That's not a marketing promise. It's just what happens when the programming is a system instead of a habit.
