Bodybuilding Training
Training the shape, not just the number.

Getting stronger and changing how you look are related, but they are not the same job. Building a muscle is a specific skill — it depends on which exercise you pick for that muscle, where in the range the load sits, how long the muscle spends under tension, and how much work it gets before you move on. Most people in a gym train hard and train randomly and then wonder why some parts respond and others never do. Here, every exercise in your program earns its slot for a reason, and if a muscle isn't responding, we change the exercise rather than just adding sets.

You'll work with a J3U-certified bodybuilding coach (taught by John Jewett, IFBB Pro), who has been under a barbell for forty years and has competed—bronze medalist in bodybuilding at Gay Games VII in Chicago. That matters mostly because it means you'll get told the truth: whether you want to look like you lift or stand on a stage, the physique changes people are proud of take years, and they go to the ones still training in year three. So, the program is built to be survivable. Heavy blocks, volume blocks, and recovery blocks in a deliberate order, measured every twelve weeks, adjusted from what the numbers and the mirror both say. Come in for a free intro session and find out what your training is missing.
